Finally after all these years a brand new Laurie Anderson album! I've seen Laurie perform most of these pieces on the three tours that make up this album: Homeland, The End of the Moon, and Delusion. The first song reminded me of "Hey Ah" from United States Live. Tribal and foreign. But now I'm up to "Only an Expert" from Homeland. Laurie Anderson is the expert of performance art in the United States. Anderson has gotten very political, more so than usual, and she is very confrontational now. Amazing!
