A success story is what I have here... I just happened to remember the full name of an old penpal of mine from 20 years ago. I met Carol Ann Drybrough through Star Hits and/or Smash Hits magazine in the early 80s. So I looked her up on Facebook and there she was! She's always had a knack for letting me know what I should be listening to. She suggested the Poppy Family and I had to download it from iTunes. What an amazing album, "A Good Thing Lost (1968-1973)." Every song on this album of twenty-one tracks has something to offer up as brilliance. So, I've had a few drinks and it's 3:36 a.m. and I'm really giving this album a good listen to! Amazing.
