Ah, the late 60's, what an eerie time...I found an old penpal of mine from 20 years ago, on Facebook, and she suggested The Poppy Family. Very interesting.

that 83 remake is horrible! and his hair looks like an overgrown, dying shrub.
also, who is introducing them at the very beginning? it looks like a young kenny rogers (when he was gray and not yet white.)
