The infamous Blue Cloud modern art sculpture... Relocated to a fenced-in enclosure by Portsmouth Grade School after it was uninstalled from the Roy Rogers Esplanade after a woman tripped over it and sued the city. Yes, wow, she tripped over an enormous blue cloud and she sued!
